Bandra Reclamation sits on the western edge of Bandra West, directly off KC Marg. This is reclaimed land that feels newer and quieter than central Bandra, with wider roads and lower foot traffic. The street itself runs parallel to the Arabian Sea, about 500 meters inland, with Lilavati Hospital just across KC Marg to the east. The area has grown significantly in the last decade with several residential towers coming up. Commute to BKC is around 25-30 minutes by car depending on traffic. South Mumbai and the airport run 35-45 minutes. You'll find basic groceries and pharmacies within walking distance, but for serious shopping you'll head toward Bandra's central lanes or Linking Road, about 2-3 km away. The reclamation belt itself has fewer crowds than older Bandra neighborhoods, which some residents prefer.
